At Boardwalk Beads, we want you to love your handcrafted jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
